It's summertime and that means time to maintain that less-than-beach-ready-bod! I'm really loving the broccoli salad option for lunch lately. You can change it up however you want, add different mix-ins, or change the toppings all while having a guilt-free lunch, carb-free meal!
My go-to version is: broccoli, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries with a vanilla Greek yogurt + honey dressing
Other things I've added include: grapes, dried blueberries, pecans, shredded chicken, and different Greek yogurts!
It's a super filling meal with the broccoli, and you can add protein in the form of chicken if you desire. Or add different fruits and nuts to change up the tastes. Have fun with it!
